Districts and partners

Bought district by district.

Elvora buys from growers and processors in the hill districts of eastern Nepal. Each district is documented separately, because each one is a different supply chain.

More districts before more categories.

A second district for a product we already know how to grade is worth more to a buyer than a new product with no track record. As districts are added they appear here with the same fields, and every lot keeps pointing back to the one it came from.
