Tea and dry meat both come from Ilam today. The two supply chains are independent, and more districts are expected.

From approved sample to shipped order.

    Sample approved

    You confirm the lot and the grade you want against the sample you cupped.

  2. 02

    Order and terms

    Quantity, pack format and incoterms are agreed in writing. Lot numbers are fixed at this point and do not change.

  3. 03

    Documentation

    Certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and halal certification where the destination requires it.

  4. 04

    Packing

    Packed to the agreed format and marked with the lot number, so what arrives can be traced to what you approved.

  5. 05

    Shipping

    Dispatched by sea or air against the agreed incoterms, with documents released to you.

The company

A small export house that keeps its records.

Elvora Global Pvt. Ltd. is registered in Lalitpur and buys from growers and processors in the hill districts of eastern Nepal.

The company is deliberately narrow: two categories, documented properly, rather than a catalogue of everything Nepal produces. Herbs, cardamom and agro-tourism are intended, and will be added when they can be documented to the same standard.
